- consideration of the application and its decision by the personnel certification body;
- the direction of the candidate for the exam;
- examination in the examination center;
- personnel certification body analysis of exam results and issuance of the certificate of competence to the candidate;
- control over the certificate holder's compliance with the requirements for which certification was carried out.
